• Questions by email or phone: Same-day response, up to 7 hours a month.

• Standing weekly call (optional): We go over what’s going on in your shop.

• Reports when you need them: I pull the numbers so you’re not digging through the system.

• Help with employee issues: I help you think through write-ups and tough conversations before they happen.

• Working through your list: If you did the audit, we take on items one at a time, at your pace.

• Year-end review: Where you started, where you are, where you’re headed, and what’s changed.
