My name is Susan Chiles and I’m an HR Business Partner with 20+ years of experience supporting small and growing businesses across multiple industries. I specialize in helping owners and leadership teams build strong HR foundations, improve compliance, and scale with confidence.

I understand the growing pains, near misses, and daily challenges that come with running a small business—especially when HR isn’t someone’s full-time focus. My approach is rooted in clarity, structure, and proactive support. I work hands-on with owners and C-suite leaders to simplify HR, strengthen processes, and ensure decisions are both practical and compliant.

I hold both a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM-CP (certified professional) certifications, as well as a Master’s degree in Human Resources. These credentials, paired with years of hands-on experience, help me guide small businesses through complex decisions with confidence and clarity.
